Whispering Waves is delivered by Suraksha Group, a Bengaluru developer founded in 1995 with a track record of 22 residential and commercial developments and roughly 2.3 million sqft delivered to over 1,400 customers. The project is being developed under the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) framework. Whispering Waves' own RERA registration for the Begur site is in process. The promoter, Vedanth Suraksha Properties, already holds active K-RERA registration for its sister project Courtyard (registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/090126/008392), confirming an established regulatory standing and escrow-account discipline. Indicatively, pre-launch and priority booking for the first 30 homes runs through 2026, construction commencement in 2026–27, structure completion tower-wise across 2027–28, and finishing, flooring and handover works across 2028–29, with possession in December 2029. The payment schedule is milestone-linked, beginning with 20% on booking and tied thereafter to construction progress — aligning buyer outflows with verifiable construction.
